Job Role: Business Analyst – Assistant Manager (Offline Merchants)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh / Gurugram, Haryana

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with the merchant growth team to drive MAU on the Paytm for Business app.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Develop and maintain automated dashboards for performance management.

Organize and manage large datasets in readable formats.

Prepare management reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions.

Work closely with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies for merchant growth and monetization.

Qualification: 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or related fields.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from data.

Advanced Excel, SQL, Hive expertise.

Experience managing large-scale datasets.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to influence and interact with business stakeholders.

Experience with web analytics platforms is a plus.
